Las Vegas has no shortage of $30 burgers, $50 entrées and restaurants where the bill hurts more than your hangover. But eating well here doesn’t have to mean blowing your gambling budget.
From Chinatown noodles to loaded tacos and one of the best steak deals near the Strip, these are 10 Vegas meals that deliver serious flavor for less than $25.
1. Tacos El Gordo — Build Your Own Taco Feast
📍 Multiple Las Vegas locations
There’s a reason the line can stretch out the door. Tacos El Gordo serves Tijuana-style tacos loaded with meats like adobada, carne asada, lengua and cabeza. At roughly $4 per taco, you can put together a four- or five-taco feast and still sneak in under $25.
What to order: Adobada tacos with everything.
2. Viva Las Arepas — Pabellón Arepa
📍 1616 S. Las Vegas Blvd.
One of the best food values anywhere near the Strip. The Pabellón packs shredded beef, black beans, sweet plantains and cheese inside a crispy Venezuelan cornmeal pocket. It’s filling, messy in the best possible way and costs around $12. Even the full Pabellón plate comes in comfortably below $25.
What to order: Pabellón Arepa — or upgrade to the full plate if you’re hungry.
3. Shang Artisan Noodle — Spicy Beef Noodles
📍 4983 W. Flamingo Rd.
Watching the noodles being stretched and pulled is part of the experience, but the bowl is the real attraction. Shang’s chewy handmade noodles, slow-cooked beef and rich broth make this feel like a much more expensive meal than it is. Their popular noodle dishes remain below our $25 cutoff.
What to order: Spicy Beef Noodle.
4. FukuBurger — Burger + Fuku Fries
📍 Chinatown & Southwest
Vegas-born FukuBurger takes the American burger and gives it a Japanese spin. Think beef, wasabi mayo, teriyaki, crispy onions, furikake and other combinations you’re not getting from the average drive-thru. The best part? A signature burger and seasoned fries can still come in around $15.
What to order: The Tamago with a fried egg and an order of Fuku Fries.
5. KoMex Fusion — Asada Burrito “The Works”
📍 633 N. Decatur Blvd.
Korean and Mexican food shouldn't work together this well. KoMex has been mixing flavors like bulgogi, kimchi, carne asada, rice, beans and Mexican sauces long before fusion food became an Instagram trend. The loaded Asada Burrito “The Works” comes with rice, beans, guacamole, pico, sour cream, jalapeños and more for well below $20.
What to order: Asada Burrito The Works.
6. Monta Ramen — Tonkotsu Ramen
📍 5030 Spring Mountain Rd.
Head into Chinatown for a bowl of rich pork-broth ramen without resort prices attached. Monta has been serving Las Vegas since 2010, with tonkotsu, miso, shoyu and black-garlic options that leave enough room in a $25 budget to add something on the side.
What to order: Classic Tonkotsu or Kuro Black Garlic Ramen.
7. Siegel's Bagelmania — Nova Lox Special
📍 252 Convention Center Dr.
Vegas breakfast can get expensive fast. Bagelmania is the answer. The massive deli and bakery near the Strip serves everything from breakfast sandwiches to traditional deli favorites, but the Nova Lox Special is tough to beat: salmon, cream cheese, capers, lettuce, tomato and red onion on your choice of bagel for under $20.
What to order: Nova Lox Special.
8. Evel Pie — Two Slices + Garlic Knots
📍 508 Fremont St.
There might not be a more appropriate late-night Downtown Vegas meal. Evel Pie combines Evel Knievel memorabilia, loud music and giant New York-style slices in the middle of Fremont East. Specialty slices run around $6–$7, meaning two slices plus an order of garlic knots still slides underneath the $25 mark.
What to order: Extreme Pepperoni plus whatever specialty slice catches your eye.
9. Ellis Island Village Pub — Steak & Eggs
📍 4178 Koval Ln.
Just a few minutes from the Strip sits one of those Vegas deals that feels like it survived from another era. The Village Pub serves a 10-ounce top sirloin with two eggs, potatoes and toast for $22.99. And if you know how to work the Ellis Island Players Club promotions, there are even cheaper steak deals available.
What to order: Top Sirloin & Eggs.
10. Earl of Sandwich — The Full Montagu
📍 Planet Hollywood + other Vegas locations
Sometimes the mission isn't finding a hidden restaurant. It's finding something good and affordable while you're already on the Strip. Earl of Sandwich inside Planet Hollywood is one of the easiest answers. The Full Montagu stacks roast beef, turkey, Swiss, cheddar, lettuce and tomato on hot artisan bread—and most hot sandwiches are around $11.
What to order: The Full Montagu or Original 1762.
Eat More. Spend Less.
Vegas will happily take $100 from you at dinner.
Don’t let it.
Some of the city’s most satisfying food is hiding in strip malls, neighborhood restaurants and casual counters where $25 is still enough to leave full.
The key is knowing where to look.
Lit In Vegas Tip: Menu prices change, so consider the $25 cutoff before tax, tip and delivery fees. Prices above were checked against current published menus in August 2026.
