It’s 1:30 in the morning. The show is over, the club is still going, somebody in your group is starving—and suddenly every normal restaurant in America would already be closed.
Luckily, this is Las Vegas.
The trick isn’t finding something open after midnight. It’s finding something that’s actually good without paying $35 for a burger just because it’s late.
From $7 steak and eggs to 4 a.m. pizza, tacos, pho and 24-hour ramen, here are 10 late-night Vegas eats worth knowing about.
1. Coronado Cafe
South Point | Open 24 Hours
What to get: Graveyard Steak & Eggs — $6.95
Yes, you read that right.
From midnight until 6 a.m., Coronado Cafe inside South Point rolls out one of the best remaining old-school Vegas deals: a 7-ounce New York strip, two eggs, hash browns and toast for $6.95.
The late-night menu also includes a cheeseburger and fries, ham steak and eggs, a pancake sandwich and biscuits with country gravy—all at ridiculously low prices. The specials are for guests 21 and older.
This isn't just cheap for Vegas.
It's cheap, period.

2. Tacos El Gordo
North Strip | Open Until 2 A.M., 5 A.M. Weekends
There are few better ways to finish a Vegas night than standing in front of a carving spit while somebody slices adobada directly onto your taco.
Tacos El Gordo's Tijuana-style tacos run roughly $4–$5 each, so three or four still make for a very reasonable late-night meal. Carne asada, lengua, cabeza and tripa are all options, but adobada remains the move.
Friday and Saturday hours stretch until 5 a.m., making this one especially useful when "late night" turns into "almost breakfast."
Lit Pick: Three adobada tacos. Add another when you inevitably realize three wasn't enough.
3. Secret Pizza
The Cosmopolitan | Open Until 4 A.M.
A cheap late-night meal inside a major Strip resort sounds like a contradiction.
Secret Pizza is the exception.
Hidden down an unmarked hallway on Level 3 of The Cosmopolitan, this tiny New York-style pizza counter serves slices until 4 a.m. every night.
The thin crust comes hot and crispy, the line usually moves faster than it looks, and grabbing a couple slices is dramatically easier on your wallet than sitting down at most Strip restaurants.
Finding it is part of the fun: look for the hallway covered in old record covers.

4. Evel Pie
Fremont East | Open Until 2 A.M., 4 A.M. Weekends
Downtown has its own answer to the 2 a.m. pizza craving.
Evel Pie combines oversized New York-style slices with Evel Knievel memorabilia, loud music and exactly the kind of atmosphere that makes perfect sense after midnight on Fremont Street.
There are classic cheese and pepperoni slices alongside crazier options, vegan slices, wings, garlic knots and a slice-and-beer combo. Friday and Saturday, the doors stay open until 4 a.m.
It's casual. It's weird. It's Downtown Vegas.
That's why it works.

5. Shokku Ramen
Chinatown | Open 24 Hours
When everybody else wants greasy drunk food but you want an actual meal, go get ramen.
Shokku is open 24/7 on Spring Mountain and serves giant bowls in an anime-covered dining room that somehow feels even more appropriate at 3:17 in the morning.
Signature bowls include the $21 Shinigami, loaded with tonkotsu broth, pork chashu, karaage, egg and black garlic oil, while you can also build your own bowl for less.
And if ramen feels too ambitious at 4 a.m., the menu has fried rice, karaage, gyoza and even $5 Shokku tacos.
Lit Pick: Ichiraku if you want classic. Shinigami if tomorrow's plans don't matter.
6. Phở Kim Long Restaurant
Chinatown | Open Until 2:30 A.M., 4:30 A.M. Weekends
There are nights when pizza won't fix it.
Hot pho might.
Pho Kim Long has been a longtime Chinatown late-night destination, serving steaming bowls well past midnight. Current hours run until about 2:30 a.m. most nights and 4:30 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
A beef or chicken pho is around $20, with combination pho around $22.
After hours of drinking, walking and yelling over nightclub music, a massive bowl of broth and noodles hits differently.

7. Taqueria Casa Del Sabor
Sahara & Buffalo | Open 24 Hours
No closing time. No problem.
Casa Del Sabor is open 24 hours a day, serving tacos, burritos, tortas, mulitas, carne asada fries, huaraches and huge alambres whenever the craving hits.
Basic tacos keep things inexpensive, while larger dishes can easily become a full meal—or feed two people who claimed they "weren't that hungry."
This is the kind of place that makes sense at noon.
It makes even more sense at 3 a.m.

8. Village Pub & Cafe
Ellis Island | Open 24 Hours
Just behind the Strip, Ellis Island continues to keep a piece of old-school Vegas alive.
Village Pub & Cafe is open 24/7, with plenty of full meals under $20: a patty melt for $15.99, Philly cheesesteak for $14.99, chicken-fried steak for $16.99 and fish & chips for $17.99. Breakfast is served all day too.
Then there's the famous $9.99 steak special, available with the required Passport Players Club promotion.
At 2 a.m., being able to sit down for an actual steak dinner without taking out a second mortgage is a beautiful thing.

9. Istanbul Mediterranean Restaurant-2
Fremont East | Open Until 2 A.M., 5 A.M. Weekends
Late-night Vegas doesn't have to mean burgers and tacos.
Istanbul Mediterranean 2 brings Turkish food to Fremont East, staying open until 2 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
A beef-and-lamb or chicken döner pita is $15.95, while the freshly baked lahmacun—sometimes called Turkish pizza—is $12.95.
It's one of the more interesting late-night meals Downtown, especially when everybody in your group has already eaten pizza twice that weekend.

10. Tacos & Miches Fremont
Fremont Street | Open Until 2–3 A.M.
Still Downtown and still hungry?
Tacos & Miches sits right on Fremont and stays open until 2 a.m. early in the week and 3 a.m. Thursday through Sunday.
The menu goes beyond basic tacos with quesabirria, carne asada fries, tortas, burritos and one of the greatest inventions ever created for somebody eating after midnight:
Birria ramen.
Yes, ramen noodles swimming in birria broth.

Vegas Doesn't Believe in Bedtime
In most cities, midnight means your options start shrinking.
In Vegas, midnight is when another menu starts.
You can eat $6.95 steak and eggs at 1 a.m., pho at 3 a.m., pizza at 4 a.m. or ramen whenever you feel like it—and none of it requires dropping $50 on room service.
So the next time the night gets away from you, skip the overpriced hotel minibar.
