This Policy explains how Lit In Vegas collects, uses and shares information when you use LitInVegas.com.

Information we collect

We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, visit dates, party composition, pickup details, venue preferences, event registrations and messages you submit. Promoter accounts may include contact details, referral codes, PayPal email addresses and payout records.

Automatic and referral data

We may record basic device, browser, page and referral-link activity needed to operate the site, prevent abuse, measure promotion performance and credit registrations or rides to a promoter. Referral attribution may remain active for up to 30 days.

How we use information

We use information to process registrations and ride requests, contact guests, coordinate with venues and transportation partners, calculate promoter commissions, record payouts, improve the site, maintain security and comply with law.

How information is shared

We may share only the information reasonably needed with participating venues, transportation providers, promoters connected to a referral, payment services and technology providers. We do not sell personal information for money.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably necessary for operations, accounting, dispute resolution, security and legal obligations. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain. You can also avoid promoter attribution by clearing browser cookies before submitting a new request.

Age

Nightlife and gentlemen’s-club transportation services are intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children through these services.
