These Terms govern your use of LitInVegas.com and its articles, event listings, guest-list registration, transportation-request, promoter and partner services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Information and availability

Event times, prices, offers, venue rules, operating hours and availability can change without notice. We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that every listing is complete or current.

Guest lists and venue admission

A registration is a request for guest-list placement, not guaranteed admission. Venues control entry, age requirements, identification, dress code, arrival deadlines, capacity and conduct. You are responsible for following the venue’s rules.

Transportation requests

Complimentary ride requests are subject to partner availability, pickup zones, party requirements and confirmation. Submitting a request does not guarantee a ride. Riders must be 21 or older for participating gentlemen’s-club transportation.

Acceptable use

You may not submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, misuse referral links, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Promoters and commissions

Promoter credit and commission eligibility depend on valid attribution and verified guest arrival or completed transportation. Lit In Vegas may review, correct, withhold or reverse amounts connected to cancellations, duplicates, fraud, errors or partner nonpayment. Recorded payout history controls over estimates shown in dashboards.

Third parties

Venues, transportation providers, advertisers and linked services are independent third parties. Lit In Vegas is not responsible for their acts, omissions, policies, availability or services.

Disclaimer and limitation

The site is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lit In Vegas is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from site use, venue decisions, changed listings or third-party services.
