Growing up in New England I love Clam Chowder. The best I have found in Vegas is at C3 Cajun Crab & Crawfish located on Spring Mountain Rd in Chinatown.
They have great seafood boils, amazing crab fries and yes I went back a 2nd time to get their delicous, creamy clam chowder which is served in a fresh bread bowl.
Highly recommended!
